La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Venez vous ressourcer dans cet appartement de bord de mer idéalement situé à 50m du marché et des commerces et à proximité immédiate de la plage !! Tout a été refait à neuf dans ce T3 de 60m2 doté de 2 chambres, une grande cuisine moderne donnant sur salon/séjour, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, un WC indépendant et surtout.... un grand balcon orienté Sud de 15m2 avec vue sur le port ! We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
