It offers a space of 42 m², consisting of a living area with a sofa and an armchair, a kitchenette (fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom area and a bathroom with a shower (just refurbished) and toilet. 20 m² covered terrace with 180-degree view.
