Very responsive host. We were welcomed by Erwan's father, a very friendly gentleman. Accommodation only 30 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Malo intramuros. A very nice view from the apartment located on the ground floor. Secure entrance. We recommended this place to our family who regularly come to Saint-Malo.

Very nice host and gives us some information about the city and as we were hikers we have tips on the GR 34. We were able to enjoy a very good Breton far made by his wife

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. Very good stay! Clean apartment, extremely well located for visiting the center of Dinard. Everything is in walking distance. You even have the option to take the boat to visit Saint Malo! I recommend it 100%.

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Christophe was friendly and available. Following damage to the apartment originally chosen, he offered us a new, smaller but very suitable intra-muros accommodation.
