Apartment matches the photos! It was clean and tidy. It is about 2 km from Saint-Malo, so without a car it can be a little long (the transport system is not very convenient). Otherwise, the village where the apartment is also has a few restaurants and bars!

Everything matched the description The place is quiet and the apartment is perfectly clean. The parking space is very convenient and the car was perfectly safe in a box with an electric door. A beautiful place close to St Malo to be recommended without hesitation

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!

We stayed 2 nights in the apartment. Catherine is a friendly and very welcoming host, she gave us many tips on sightseeing in the area. We had a delicious "homemade" cake for our welcome, thank you again Catherine for this kind attention! The apartment is well located with lovely views of pleasure boats and the beach. In the evening, you can see a beautiful sunset from the living room window. The apartment is very clean, with a charm by the sea. There is what it takes to cook, warm and comfortable blankets available for the chilly. You can get everywhere. The ramparts of Saint-Malo and the old town are a 20-minute walk away. Convenience store, creperies, restaurants and bakeries nearby. You can easily park your vehicle in public squares near the apartment.

Very nice location and views, with nice walks around, and within walking distance from the train station and Saint Malo intra muros.

Our stay at Catherine's studio went very well. The accommodation was perfectly clean and very well equipped with all the necessary accessories and products for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Catherine was very welcoming and very good advice. the individual parking under protected carport is a plus. the small private garden is also very clean and well appointed, even if the freshness of the early season did not allow us to enjoy it. We recommend Catherine's place and will surely come back occasionally.

Quiet house in a small hamlet, very spacious with many amenities. The insert is really a plus, very pleasant after a day of walking (stay in December) and wood available on site. thank you Jacky. We had a great time in Avignon. Lots of beautiful walks on the GR34 nearby. Not to mention great seafood around the area. We'll be there again.

We had a great time at Jérôme's. The cottage is completely renovated, everything is new. He welcomed us with a big smile and fire! In addition to the extra logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good recommendations! The accommodation is super well-equipped. We stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 min from Matignon and 15 min from Cap Fehre by car. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, tastefully decorated home. Everything is thoughtfully thought out, both inside and out, where the equipment is really great, especially for children. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. A big thank you to Pascal and Pascale, very available and always attentive to our needs. We also thank Nathalie, who welcomed us with great kindness. I would highly recommend staying here without so much as a second thought!

Spacious apartment, very nice, quiet, super clean and perfectly located close to the city center. You can get everywhere on foot, which is very convenient. The view is beautiful and the exchange went very well. I recommend it without hesitating!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Excellent stay thanks to Florence and her apartment. Close to all amenities, and parking (sometimes a little longer to find a spot), we enjoyed our accommodation. The only downside is the size of the bathroom, very small and accessible only through the bedroom. In itself, it remains an anecdote compared to all the good times spent there (and more generally in Saint-Quay-Portrieux). Thanks to Florence for the good advice and information she gave us. We'll be back for sure.
