Excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped. The view of the rising and falling sea is amazing and will remain in our memories. Very easy to access, very clean - you feel very good in the apartment ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation offered by Laetitia and her husband. The studio is well appointed, tastefully decorated and everything is there, there is nothing lacking. Laetitia even took care of finding us a high chair which greatly facilitated our stay with our 10-month-old daughter. Thanks again for that. The garden is beautiful and the view from the accommodation is very relaxing. Several touches were present upon arrival🥚🐔🍫, a small detail that makes a difference. Laetitia remained very available if you need anything or have any questions. We warmly recommend this listing 👌

Very happy with our stay. Accommodation a little far from the center and the beach but we had a car so it was no problem. Sofa mattress a little uncomfortable but nothing very annoying. Very nice terrace and functional and equipped apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!

Large family home, good location, ideal for visiting the pretty bay of Saint Brieuc . Corinne is a very responsive host and available for any questions. We recommend for a family time.

Amélie's place is as described and ideal for recharging. The house is spacious, very clean and has all the amenities to have a good stay. The exterior is a real plus. The bedrooms are big and well arranged. The decor is modern and clean. There were four of us and we can only recommend it. The proximity to Dinan is very good. The only downside is the communication before arrival and for checkout: it's difficult to get back to messages without reminders and for checkout we had agreed on a time that was not respected (and we did not have any feedback after receiving the keys).

The property offers great space, and it should be noted that none of the bedrooms walk out on the balcony with the views upstairs. The property was very clean and all towels and bedding is of a good quality and provided. The fire wood and bbq briquettes was a very nice addition. Thank you! The hottub is a GREAT addition to the property. This is a lovely area and one can really walk everywhere with a fantastic 10km hike all along the pink granite coast. Great beautiful sandy, safe beach 5 min walk from the property, with restaurants, ice cream parlour, small grocery store and much more, all on the doorstep.

Great welcome, Sandrine remains attentive to her guests. The games room with American pool table, foosball, darts is really a plus for teenagers but also for parents. Great markets nearby. There are many excursions nearby. A pleasant 4-day stay that allowed us to discover Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard.

Jean Luc is a welcoming, smiling and caring host. The house is very functional, the terrace and the outside very nice, if you have children, full of games and possible activities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!
