Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Friendly and vibrant village. Five minute walk to bar, boulangerie, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and post office. Exclusive use of garden and summerhouse with barbecue. Bio cotton bedding. 4km from N10 giving easy access to Ruffec or Mansle with supermarkets bars restaurants, markets. Both 15mins drive.
