Detached, solid-built holiday home on a quietly situated plot with unobstructed views of the natural surroundings. You can set off on your hikes or bike rides from here. In winter, there are groomed cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. The Wurzelrudi ski arena is located in the neighbouring village of Eibenstock. There is a ski hire service and a ski school there. The cool reservoir in the middle of the forest is just a 10-minute walk from the holiday home. Dogs are welcome and can really let off steam on the large grounds.

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Our cozy vacation home is centrally located in the beautiful mountain mining community of Bad Schlema. Bad Schlema is known for its pain-relieving radon cures. Of course, you can also use our well-known health spa and sauna for vacation and wellness. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists will get their money's worth here in the Erzgebirge in every way. You can also familiarize yourself with the mining history of the Western Erzgebirge here.
