It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).

This apartment (2024) is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!
