Commerces, restauration, cinéma, piscine nordique, stade Motoball et grandes surfaces à moins de 5 mn en voiture. À 45 mn de Center parc. Marché en centre ville jeudi et dimanche matin. Axe Paris Bordeaux (A10) à 10min, gare TGV de Poitiers à 15min.

An equipped kitchen with its dining area open to the living room with its armchair and sofa bed that converts to a 140 X 190 bed. A bedroom with a 140×190 bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Access to the indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees all year round, private

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION! We welcome each tenant in person. So we ask all our dear tenants to kindly announce their arrival time in advance and to keep us informed on D-Day at least 30 minutes before. We have many misadventures with tenants who arrive several hours late. Thank you for your understanding.
