The inn is excellent, with a structure that perfectly meets the needs of those seeking a comfortable and practical stay on the beach. What surprised me the most were the details: items like iron, iron and dryer make all the difference to make the experience even more convenient. We even extend the daily rates for another two days. Paraty is amazing, plenty of places to know and return to a quiet place made us feel at home. In addition, Julio is an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with whatever it takes. I recommend it with my eyes closed! I can't wait to come back, this time bringing more family members and friends to enjoy this amazing place.

Great house, well equipped, super spacious and super clean. AN AMAZING sunrise and city view. The Maria Juana super requests, responded super fast and gave all the instructions with pro-activity. The only point that the place does not have an elavador (but for us it was not a problem). Voltaria for sure.

The house was clean, organized, and very similar to the photos of the listing. Everything running right, comfortable bed, good shower and the location was great for us. Camila, who answered us, was super attentive and responded very quickly. The check-in and check-out were also peaceful. The stay was very good, we would definitely return!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, well cared for and conveys a sense of incredible peace. The location is great, in a charming village, with a light walk to the beach of Ubatumirim. An ideal place to relax, rest and enjoy days of tranquility. We'll be back for sure!

The summer house exceeded all our expectations! The location is excellent – within 10 minutes of quiet walk, we arrive at the beach, without having to take the car out of the garage. This made all the difference to enjoy the rest days even more. In addition, the house is impeccable: extremely clean and organized, conveying a sense of comfort and well-being from the first moment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need, and at no time do we miss any item. It was like being at home but surrounded by a paradisiacal setting. Another big difference is the contact with nature. Wake up with the singing of birds and feeling the gentle breeze passing through the trees was simply invigorating. The atmosphere of the house is very pleasant, making every moment even more special. Without a doubt, an experience we want to repeat!

House in condominium very good, quiet and calm. Goatee much of Matheus' service, very helpful. Some addendums of which could pay greater attention to the proximity hosts: There was no toilet paper, soap and detergent. Few towels for the period in which we stayed, an extra change would be perfect, we had to computer a new bushing to wash the crazy one. But none of these small details diminish the benefits of the advertisement, only greater attention to them. A Galao of 20 lots of water would also be welcome, and the cost of all these items would be minimal near a complete and magnificent experience. Anyway, I believe Matheus will provide these details. Therefore, I highly recommend your stay and thank you for having us.

I was staying with my family for 8 days and there was nothing we could complain about. The house and all the very clean and organized accommodations, impeccable bed and bath linens, very clean outdoor and swimming pool, kitchen utensils really contemplating everything necessary for everyday life, it was as if we were at home with everything handy. It is worth the highlight for the privacy and tranquility of the place, ideal for rest. Privileged location, very close to the Historic Centre and with easy access to other destinations and attractions in the region. Paulo, always very kind, caring, but it made us absolutely at ease. We will certainly indicate, without any fear.

The house is a cute, all organized. The stay is well worth the stay. I went with many small daughters, and it was all trabquil. I recommend it!
