David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

Great stay – highly recommended We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations – clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was absolutely awesome. The host was friendly, helpful and always quick to answer any questions. We would come back back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Spectacular from start to finish ! The view is breathtaking, place had lots of room and extremely clean. Everything was perfect, from Nicola greeting and showing us around to lots of coffee available, snacks and breakfast and even the little fresh flowers around the house. Highly recommended and would love to return

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

Lina was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I did fall ill the first night and she helped me sort out meds for me and basically saved my holiday, I’ll be forever grateful. The apartment is lovely and the view is amazing. We stayed here with our two young kids 6 and 8 and had a great time.

Sara’s beautiful home , was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of lake Como. Everything we needed was provided . Parking at the property needs some great skills but there is free parking available outside. The area is very quiet and great for walking.

Alessandra's place is a great space very close to the ferry terminal and an easy walk to the main part of Varenna. Alessandra was a wonderful host and communicated in a very friendly and responsive way. Would highly recommend this place if you want to be in the central area of Lake Como. We loved our stay here.

Staying at Carlo’s Airbnb in Dervio was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the lake, peaceful and quiet, yet close to restaurants, shops, and the train station. Carlo was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He gave us great local tips and made sure we felt right at home. It’s clear that he takes pride in offering a top-quality experience for his guests. Thank you for a great stay in brunate, Carlo! The garden was an oasis for us after a visit to crowded Como! An insanely beautiful view, well-kept garden and a super equipped apartment! Everything you needed to feel comfortable, all kinds of drinks, basic amenities such as salt, pepper, coffee, olive oil and vinegar. Carlo received us very warmly and kindly. Thank you!!
