Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dallas Downtown Historic District

Holly's place was fantastic! We had a large group of friends and there was room for everyone and the amenities kept us well entertained. Holly was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. Would definitely return if we were back in the DFW area!

This was a great place to stay with a large group of people. Over all the home is in decent shape and had all the amenities you'd need for your stay. It was nice to have a hot tub and pool at the home. The home owner does control the heat and jets to the hot tub. You need to message them anytime you wanted to turn the heat on as well as the hot tub jets. The speakers throughout the house are not access which was unfortunate. Overall this was a nice place to stay and the owners are very accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were very friendly and super responsive to messages. Flexible with check out time. Home was beautiful and very clean. Felt very homey and comfortable. The complimentary snacks and drinks were appreciated!

My family and I loved everything about this property. The house was so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, I didn't want to leave. We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!
