Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. The living space is spread over a lovingly furnished living room with open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe via a staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! It's a great place to unwind - with salt on your skin and sand under your feet. Our small (40sqm) but nice apartment is about 250m away from the beach. With a sun balcony and views into the green garden, it is a real oasis. A double bed and a wardrobe bed allow up to 3 guests to sleep comfortably.
