It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

A traditional half-timbered house features a charming red brick façade. Large windows allow ample natural light, while a gravel pathway leads to the entrance. The surrounding green space adds to the serene setting, with trees providing shade and a peaceful atmosphere.

Dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with large double bed (1.8m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workstation.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.
