Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Master bedroom with king - size bed and flatscreen tv and separate bedroom with bunk beds. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa adorned with colorful cushions. A coffee table and shelving unit add functionality, while large sliding doors provide access to a balcony with serene views of the surrounding mountains and village landscape.

Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
