Welcome to paradise! Location: Condo located near Port Orange bridge in South Daytona. Centrally located right on A1A with beach access! Close enough to enjoy the fun, but also avoid the loud night life & crowded Daytona Beach. Family friendly and safe area. Attractions, local shops, bars, and restaurants are all within a short walk of the condo. Space: 2b/1b with a pull-out couch. 4 beds in total allowing space to accommodate 6 people. Newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances.

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.
