The beautiful and brand new apartment is fully equipped and has excellent quality finishes, design and furniture, double height ceilings, which makes it very cozy, spacious and bright. Metrobus station, Metro station and bike station within walking distance. And Uber is always a good option. For those who need it, we have parking for one car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give you the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class amenities, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobús within walking distance. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, and important office buildings. The downtown area is one of the best in the city, the building is steps away from the new Torre Manacar and almost opposite Liverpool Galerias Insurgentes. It is also very close to Panamericana University and Simon Bolivar School.

Unique apartment in Del Valle

Beautiful, unique and cozy are perfect words to describe this 2 bedroom apartment. The living room with tv & cable, the b&w bathroom and the main room share an amazing view… the foliage of the trees outside that creates a natural curtain making it fresh and relaxing. There’s a park half-block away. The kitchen is equipped and there’s a laundry room in case needed. It's centric so it's easy to plan any visit. Downtown, Polanco or Condesa/Roma are 25 mins away using any close MB or subway station.

Maria Felix is the name we have given to this space located in the Lateran Valley Colony. It borders the Narvarte Colonies, Santa Cruz Atoyac and the Coyoacán City Council Office. Close to Parque de los Venados. It's one of the safest and quietest areas in the city. It's on the second floor of the property. With a separate entrance, it's named after the bed given to the landlord by the Mexican movie diva. Privacy, safety, and comfort. Easy access to historical and commercial sites.
