Very comfortable apartment with living room and bedroom

The apartment is located on a tree-lined street in Colonia Narvarte. It is located 8 minutes from the Eugenia Metro. Opposite there is a cafeteria, one or two blocks away there is a greengrocer, restaurants, laundries, tortillerias, Oxxo, mini-supermarkets, breweries, ice cream parlors, etc. It is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and a bedroom with full bathroom. It has a coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, blender, and all kitchen utensils. It has TV, cable, and Netflix.

Beautiful, Cozy and Huge Apartment, Col.Del Valle.

Writer´s House, is a huge apartment located at the heart of Mexico city, it´s in a building of the 50's. The apartment has a private access and private patio on the ground floor, recently remodeled and fully equipped. Excellent location, near to main avenues and public transportation. The area is secure and all services are walking. “Casa del Escritor” amplio, en edificio de los 50's, con acceso y patio privado en PB, remodelado y totalmente equipado, ubicado, en zona segura, todo caminando.

Flat with excellent location

Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público. Esta como se ve en las fotos.

Relax on this unique and quiet getaway, just a short walk across WTC Street, Pepsi Center, Plaza Toros, and Cruz Azul Stadium, wonderful location . Modern edficio and with good quality finishes industrial style and good taste, high ceilings. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony, 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, an open kitchen and parking. I will request identification of all guests by message once you confirm a reservation , it is a building requirement for access.
