No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público.
