Very nice, comfortable, very good place to stay. The place is small but at no time does the space feel reduced, I traveled alone and had enough space to accommodate my clothes, the things I bought and being able to eat without having to put things in. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful. It is a 5-minute walk from the Mikitah shopping plaza and the Coyoacán nurseries, less than 10 minutes from the metro. It has sufficient natural light and ventilation. Would stay here again on my next visit

We rest well at Victor's place, it matched the description and was attentive to everything. It allowed us to leave our bags before check-in, which is greatly appreciated. A lighter was missing for the stove and quickly they went to take us one. The area is very quiet and there is a lot to do, we would definitely come back

This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

Carlos was always very responsive and with clear check-in and check-out instructions.

It was a great stay in a very safe area. Easy to get to Coyoacán as well as the rest of the city! Diego was always responsive and even flexible during checkout allowing me to stay a few hours more to catch my late flight. I would certainly stay at Diego’s place again in the future!

My second stay excellent in the aspect of value for money, comfortable and necessary, I hope to return soon.

Mrs. Kary showed hospitality, attention, patience and cordiality, the beautiful space, my favorite place, the table in the garden that gives a serenity with its beautiful details and her good taste for decoration, I loved the elecho on the table! Maybe I would have liked a small space, where I could do some yoga, since the room for it, but it's okay as it is. It's perfect for resting, and calming the mind after the day, or for having a coffee before leaving. Without a doubt, it's very comfortable, beautiful and quiet ✨ The decoration seemed beautiful to me, the plants, the lights, as well as the beautiful paintings that give a sophisticated homely touch 🙏🏻✨ The house is in an alley, which personally made me uneasy, but that dissolved when I saw and felt that the place was safe. I stayed several days and everything was fine 🫶🏻✨ Thank you Mrs. Kary!

Perfect place to go alone or as a couple. a very nice loft overlooking a clean, nice, quiet and pleasant park. Despite being in a very crowded area of the city (two blocks from the center of coyoacán), it has enough tranquility for restae at night without any hassle. The lof is very clean and pleasant with everything you need for any short or long stay. If you have mobility problems, very complicated, as a spiral staircase is reached to a third level. In our case, it did not represent any inconvenience. It's definitely our option to go to CDMX

A very cozy place since I travel alone, I felt comfortable, safe and well communicated in terms of doing the activities I had in the city, the place was quite clean and without noise at night, I would definitely come back again!!

A nice, centrally located spot, this was exactly what we needed. The listing explains everything clearly and the hosts provide all the necessary information in advance. Additionally, the place included amenities that you may have forgotten, which was very convenient.

This was a great place to stay in Mexico City. Walkable to Chapultepec park & museums (Anthropology museum was our favorite) A wonderful cafe literally steps away, Circle K for bottled water, beer, snacks, ibuprofen or whatever else you need. Quick bites to eat, tacos, awesome ramen, fresh juice, breakfast within minutes walking. Uber was also so easy & cheap. Safe neighborhood. Apartment is small, but was clean. Bed is a little small for 2 people but does the job. WiFi worked fine. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated because we needed a nap after our long flight. We had no issues. Definitely recommend!
