Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Surrounded by vineyards, Savennières borders the Loire and offers a magnificent terroir to discover - on foot, by bike, or from the Loire. The lively market is held every Sunday morning. We are delighted to welcome you to this charming house and its garden in the heart of Savennières. You can enjoy yoga classes or massages during your stay.

Old house on 3 levels with interior completely renovated and carefully decorated: cozy kitchen area with large wooden bar, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, pretty bathrooms. No garden, large windows overlooking the street with immediate access to the Tram station, the Maine and its barge-restaurants, the port and riverside paths to the open-air cafes and natural spaces of Lake Maine. Downtown, cathedral and castle within a 5-minute walk.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
