Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, to the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Stay in our cozy Michel residential trailer with skylight. Furnished with love, a real experience! The trailer was converted in 2017, sleeps two people, has a small kitchenette with two burners and a shower room. On the terrace right in front of the construction trailer you can relax comfortably. The view sweeps over meadows and fields and our house paddocks.
