Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax. Both active vacationers and lazybones are in good hands with us.

After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different angle: under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests in our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
