Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Oliver's House

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55 m² stone house has been carefully renovated. Located at the bottom of the plot, away from view and facing south, it consists of: An intimate terrace of 70 m², a living room, dining room with equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

LE PETIT CEDRE, charming house close to the beaches

A 15-minute walk from Saint Enogat beach and the market, this charming 40 m2 fully renovated house offers you a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
