Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55 m² stone house has been carefully renovated. Located at the bottom of the plot, away from view and facing south, it consists of: An intimate terrace of 70 m², a living room, dining room with equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

(the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
