Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

A 15-minute walk from Saint Enogat beach and the market, this charming 40 m2 fully renovated house offers you a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55 m² stone house has a neat renovation. Located at the back of the plot, out of sight and facing south, it consists of: An intimate terrace of 70 m², a living room, dining room with equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed+ 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and young children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
