"L'Abri Côtier" House

Small house ideally located in the bay between Mt St-Michel (37 km) and Cancale, small picturesque Breton port (12 km), 15 min from St Malo (beautiful fortified city facing the sea), 20 min from Dinard (pretty seaside resort) and 30 min from Dinan (charming medieval city). Bakery 150 m away, small supermarket and train station in the village. Beautiful beaches 12 km away. Bike paths nearby. At 3 km, you can reach the shingle for walks, shore fishing or swimming at high tide!

"L'Eden": small cocoon with private hot tub

Eden is a small, completely independent wooden cocoon, on one level with its exterior not overlooked. It consists of 1 bedroom, an equipped kitchen area (stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a shower room, a living room with TV and a sheltered terrace with deckchairs where you can rest. A sheltered spa will welcome you all year round for a moment of relaxation after a beautiful walk along the sea which is 2.5 km away. Air conditioning. Private parking.

Come and enjoy your stay in our little seaside house, located in an enclosed and landscaped garden. You can rest in peace on the furnished terrace (barbecue, table, garden furniture, hammock). Fourberie Beach 1.4 km away; large beach of Saint-Lunaire 2.9 km away. St-Lunaire, a family seaside resort located on the Côte d'Emeraude, located 10 km from Saint-Malo and 19 km from Dinan. Small +: our charming house is located 2 steps from the St-Lunaire Stables.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the (private) Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Independent accommodation: 30 m2 interior and 20 m2 terrace and independent garden. Ideally located halfway between the sea and the center of Saint-Briac (less than 500 m from the town center and beaches; close to Dinard and Saint-Malo), surrounded by Bois d'Avril, at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet. Recently renovated, the accommodation is well insulated, pleasant even in winter, very sunny.

Trailer built by us with aesthetics inspired by a submarine. Equipped with a double bed on the mezzanine (access by ladder) and 2 benches that can be used as extra beds for 2 children. Please note: - pond nearby = real danger for small children! - not accessible to PRM - dry toilets - shower cubicle - equipped kitchen - beach 10-minute walk (11 beaches on the peninsula)
