"Montcharmant" Maison de caractère idéalement située au cœur du quartier des Corbières décorée avec goût. Proximité immédiate de la plage de l'Ecluse, du centre et du marché. Calme assuré avec un jardin très agréable. Idéal pour accueillir 1 ou 2 familles. Il est impératif de respecter le calme du quartier par respect pour le voisinage notamment après 22h00. La maison n'est pas louée pour des soirées festives. Le linge de lit n’est pas prévu et le ménage de sortie est assuré par vos bons soins.

Created in 2020, this 25 m² studio occupies part of the first floor of our house. It has a separate entrance and can be accessed via a straight staircase. The house is located in a quiet, residential area, at the end of a long cul-de-sac. Parking is easy and free at the cul-de-sac. We are 2.5 km from the town centre and 1.8 km from the Prieuré beach. If we are not there when you arrive, we have a key box.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
