Le Refuge de Jeanne – Studio between Land and Sea

The studio, with a surface area of 25 m2, occupies part of the first floor of our house. It has a separate entrance and is accessed via a straight staircase. The house is located in a quiet, residential area, at the end of a large cul-de-sac. Parking is easy and free. We are 2.5 km from the city centre and 1.8 km from the Plage du Prieuré. If we are not there, we have a key box. The accommodation is not suitable for babies.
