Only 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can both easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. A calm and peaceful moment

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
