Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Downtown San Diego

Great spot if you want to be super walkable with all the amazing stuff that Hillcrest has to offer. One block from Balboa Park is unbeatable. Super nice apartment, wonderful hosts.

This place was amazing. The location and the view was to die for and at night this place comes alive with many bars and restaurants about 1 block away. The lights and the mirrors are a well added bonus iykyk lol. But I would definitely stay here again. The host were amazing and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner with no issues. .

I really loved it here they treated us like family and it was super easy to communicate with them house was perfect 🤩 I would highly recommend staying here love these guys ❤️

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

Perfect location to convention center, gas lamp district with great restaurants and the waterfront. Comfortable space and beautiful building. Only small negative was that there was only 1 key fob, which you need to lock/unlock door, uses elevator and enter building.

Our stay was really incredible! We usually stay in a hotel, but thought we’d try something different, so glad we did!! From the virtual and in-person support, the communication response time (minutes), to the apartment itself, it was a wonderful stay. All the amenities were accessible and just waiting to be utilized! We will certainly be back, thank you so much KASA!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor seating and dining area is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail or host a cozy dinner. Our family loved the spacious living room and family room areas that offered comfortable couches for stretching out, watching movies and relaxing. The home is much larger than we expected, perfect for multiple couples or families. The landscaping ( outdoor shower? Now I want one at my house!) and interior design flow seamlessly to create a total Zen spa atmosphere. The home is equipped with everything you need, making it so easy to relax and start vacationing! Daniel was very responsive and very helpful. The place was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the weekend. Had plenty of beds and rooms and all the amenities we needed. Would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

Our stay at Max’s beautiful home in San Diego was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, Max exceeded every expectation and truly raised the bar for what an Airbnb experience should be. Upon arrival, Max greeted us warmly and offered a brief tour of the home, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtfully done. He clearly takes pride in his space, and it shows. The walkthrough was concise yet thorough, making it easy for us to settle in right away. He highlighted all the key amenities, answered every question with enthusiasm and care, and made us feel completely at home. The home itself was absolutely immaculate—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-appointed kitchen, was curated with both aesthetics and function in mind. It’s clear Max has put a lot of thought into creating a space that is both welcoming and luxurious.

Very nice place to stay. It was perfect for our family and especially for our dogs. We loved the backyard and the house was so comfortable and had a homey feel to it. Andrew and Louie were great hosts and very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend 😁

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, bright and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. As a family of five, we really appreciated how spacious and accommodating it was—there was plenty of room for all of us, and more including the home theater. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well each night. One of our favourite parts was the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffees, family meals, and just relaxing together. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this a welcoming, family-friendly stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

Socratex was an amazing host. He happened to be on-site when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around the property. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the projector that is set up on the downstairs patio because we couldn't make it past the couch. That couch is huge and sooo comfortable. The home smelled so good and was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and beds. I also appreciated the large supply of extra towels, linens and blankets. A lot of airb&b's don't have a large supply. I would 100% stay here any time I am back in San Diego.

Amazing location, amazing views, and hospitality by the host. The condo was very comfortable and everything we were looking for.

Instructions to the place could be a little more clear, but once inside everything was good. Not too far from the main Rosarito party and close to a lot of amenities

Great spot, so peaceful and relaxing. Couches need to be replaced but all other finishes and set up as described. Fits a family very comfortably! I will book it again in the future.

Perfect air bnb experience. Easy to find, easy access, and the place was great!!! Very clean and organized!! Very close to many great places in the Cacho area of Tijuana which has everything! Will definitely return!!!
