Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown Seattle

Ian’s house is located in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of the ocean from serval directions. The listing pictures portray the house accurately. With several lovely outdoor setting areas . Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperated so we did not get to enjoys them. This house was the nicest ABNB that we have ever stay in and we have stay in plenty across the country. Ian was very responsive, when we had a small issue with the kitchen faucet. Our son lives near by so we would stay here again if it is available. Many thanks to Ian.

We had an amazing time at this lovely farmhouse. It was by far the most well stocked place we've ever stayed at! Comfy beds. Great kitchen. and the grounds are stunning. Thanks for a wonderful time!

My fiance, dog and I stayed at Susan's place for the month of March and absolutely LOVED it. The house is so charming, spacious and bright. You cannot beat sitting on that front porch! Susan and her co-host Jayma were super friendly and responsive throughout. Not only is the house great, but we also really enjoyed the neighborhood. There are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores and water views all within walking distance. If you're looking for a cozy home base with plenty to do but not in a crazy busy neighborhood, this is the perfect spot. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you both so much!

Kelly’s house is a wonderful find. It’s located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants and Climate Pledge Arena. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a lovely weekend in town. Kelly is very quick to respond and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Kelly’s house for a great time in Seattle.

Our family was happy and cozy in this clean, well-furnished house. The beds are extremely comfortable, the street is beautiful, and the big windows let in lots of natural light (and also close fully for privacy and sleep). We felt right at home, and loved walking to the nearby park and restaurants. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you!

I had such a lovely stay—this place was absolutely beautiful! The house itself was spectacular, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. The view was simply amazing—truly something special to wake up to. Jason was wonderful and so friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. Stephanie's place is as good as it gets! Exceptionally well appointed with any or all items you can imagine or need. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom and throughout the entire place. Can't think of any need that was not already supplied and in excellent quality. This place is a GEM, and we will stay here any time we visit Seattle. Her directions and overall information was outstanding and very helpful. We definitely appreciated the useful notes providing additional information. Very quiet neighborhood; peaceful place! Highly recommend without reservation.

We needed a place to stay for 6 days for our daughters baby shower in Issaquah and a perfect "home" we found! Steve & Louise's Fox Trail Bed and Breakfast ... WOW! This place is beautiful! Steve greeted us with a walk-through and explained everything and anything we needed. Talk about a clean B&B...this place is spotless and had everything we needed for our long stay. Way above and beyond our expectations for sure... Sending us things to do by text, anything we needed, and they knew we were here for our daughters baby shower and even bought a baby shower gift that was waiting for us when we arrived!! One of the best Airbnb's we had. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our visit.

For a basement studio next to the laundry room, it was very quiet, felt very private. Gas stove and oven is a plus if you plan in cooking, and the neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants and groceries nearby. Chris had no problem with me checking in early, so that was nice, too. Street parking can be difficult to find at night, but that's any city. There's a loading zone, so you can at least unpack your stuff easily if you arrive and there's no parking out front.

We had a fantastic stay! Tim was very communicative and made everything easy. The place itself is great - clean, and the beds were super comfy. The shower was also a highlight with a good, strong shower head. Plus, we really appreciated the great parking spot. Tim is a great host. (There is an amazing classic burger place near by “red mill” sooo goood…

Great location! Close to Northgate station for ease in accessing many parts of Seattle.

Our stay at the Olympic View Cottage was simply fantastic! Thanks to Jan for being a wonderful host—the fresh homemade granola and breaking out the futon and toys for our toddler were nice touches and greatly appreciated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cathy’s place was perfect for our stay! It is the most dog-friendly Airbnb I’ve ever been to and has so many little touches and amenities that make you feel right at home. Cathy was also super kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying with Lisa! Very kind and generous hosts with a delicious breakfast as advertised. Had a lovely night biking along the nearby trail to downtown Redmond, just a short ride away. Accommodations were comfortable and clean!

Staying at Zeena's is the best decision I could have made. All of her reviews are spot on. Be prepared to feel like a friend instead of a guest. You'll be booking in advance for your next trip to Gig Harbor, so you can enjoy her and Lelani's excellent company; cozy, yet exquisite home, and memorable breakfasts. You will indeed be pampered. Zeena's home has it all. It's in a lovely, peaceful, cul-de-sac. Very easy to get to the 16 Freeway, or to downtown Gig Harbor. After each busy day, I looked forward to my spacious rooms upstairs, and to a great nights sleep. Instead of feeling worn out at the end of my trip, I came home feeling refreshed and very, very happy. Can't wait to stay there again!

Janet was an excellent host! She was always cheerful asking if there was anything she could do to make my stay more accommodating. Her place is clean, comfortable and bright. Plus seeing her darling puppy everyday made my day.
