A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

The cozy coach house in the rear of the property of Villa Golding on the edge of the Dresden Heath offers special charm. On the first floor, you will find the living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, from which you enter the terrace.
