Wir sind ein Aparthotel, direkt am Platz der Frauenkirche, im historischen Zentrum von Dresden. Unsere Apartments haben alle denselben Einrichtungsstil, können jedoch im Grundriss und in der Raumaufteilung abweichen. Bei unseren Fotos handelt es sich demnach um Beispielbilder. Studio mit kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Platz für 2 Personen. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Küche und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Apartments sind ca. 45 qm groß und befinden sich direkt am Neumarkt.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.

Quiet apartment with balcony right on the trendy district

We rent a nice quiet renovated old building apartment in the middle of the Dresden Hechtviertel. It is about 65 sqm consists of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom) and a spacious kitchen with balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but the beautiful shops, bars and cafes of the Dresden Neustadt are all within walking distance. Parking is free in the streets around the house, but the connection to public transport is very good.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
