In the living room: a large sofa bed and a sofa bed (120 x 200). A balcony to the courtyard. 2 children's playgrounds.

In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).
