Attic is on second floor of our 1920's house - located within 5-10 minutes to Downtown, Duke University, 15-20 minutes from UNC, RTP and RDU. This unique space features a private entrance and small kitchenette with one induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, instant pot, hot water kettle and coffee maker. This studio style space is great for short or long term stays with the option of sleeping up to 4 people.
