Located on the first floor of a pretty traditional townhouse, it is very central, only 5 minutes from the ria, historic centre, restaurants, ferry to the islands (beaches in Olhão are all on the islands) and train station, and has its own private entrance on a picturesque pedestrian alley. On the terraces, with a view over the city, you can prepare and enjoy meals, sunbathe or have a nice cool shower.

Casa na Colina: The Long House

Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. The houses are not suitable for children or people with limited mobility. No pets allowed. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods.

Era Mar originated from a rehabilitation project of a typical Algarvian old house, idealized and designed by the hostess. The layout of the house was maintained but the spaces were redesigned in order to make it comfortable, practical and functional. The decoration of the space was inspired by regional tradition and sustainability. The colors used in the decoration are reminiscent of the sea and the Ria, the rocky beaches and fine sand, sunrise and sunset on hot summer days.

Along with an roof terrace looking over the river. Tavira is a 30minute drive from Faro Airport and you can access the beach via a ferry ride situated in the town centre. (5min walk)The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
