The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The Casa del Conte Ricci Marchetti house is located on the third floor (with an elevator) of a historic building in front of the Colosseum; personally furnished by the Count with only high-quality "Made in Italy" materials, the house best represents his refined taste as a lover of classical art; it is perfectly soundproofed and air conditioning is present in every room; it consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower (one with a shower/Jacuzzi), a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful living room.
