The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The compact house (built 1906) has been lovingly and lavishly renovated according to ecological guidelines. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort and is situated right next to a large garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door. Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.
