Charming little mill at the beginning of the 19th century located in the heart of the Périgord Vert. A true haven of peace by the river "Le Bandiat" for lovers of fishing and nature. Hiking trails from the mill. 2000m² enclosed, wooded land with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30.
