Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

Warm cottage + pool - 4 people

Charming little cottage for 4 people, well equipped in unspoiled nature - comprising a cellar-level kitchen/dining room, living room on the ground floor with 2 sofas + screen and upstairs 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. Great place to recharge...but if you can't drop your computer, don't worry, you have access to wi-fi! Parking area in front of the cottage and a stone's throw away, use of the shared salt pool (9 m x 4 m).

The House of La Cloche

Close to Nanteuil-en-Vallée, the city of character, perched above Moulin-Robin, whose viaduct it dominates, you will appreciate the charm and exceptional location of the Maison de La Cloche. On foot or by bike, you can safely travel to Nanteuil-en-Vallée, by taking the old railway track, now a greenway, winding through the Argentor Valley.

A SMALL HOUSE AT THE FOOT OF THE CASTLE

At the foot of La Rochefoucauld Castle Close to the pool, and the city center 20 km from Angoulême (Francophone Film Festival at the end of August, Circuit des Remparts in mid-September, International Comic Book Festival at the end of January) The accommodation is located upstairs on a garage where we store personal belongings.

La Villa Mendieras

Stone house in the countryside located in the Périgord Vert located 5 minutes from a body of water with all activities for the family. 30 minutes from Limoges, 40 mins from Périgueux near Nontron, Brantôme and Saint Yrieix La Perche. The entire heated pool will be available from mid-May to mid-October.
