Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Quiet, 92 m² Hemfurth-Edersee vacation home located in a neighboring street. Private terrace, barbecue and garden use with sandbox and children's toys. The house also has underfloor heating, dishwasher and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to the hiking trails and restaurants is within walking distance. The same applies to passenger shipping and the Edersee Dam, boat and fishing boat rental. Our village shop (currently closed), butcher and fish smokery provides you with a wide range of products.

Our house is ideal for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. The detached cottage can be reached by a small enchanted path - or you can drive comfortably up the mountain behind the house, park directly on the associated parking space and go down a wide staircase to the house. The cottage has a living-dining room, a bedroom and a bright bathroom as well as a large protected terrace.
