Monthly Rentals in Edgewater

One of the best places I've stayed since using this site. Every day, I seemed to uncover a new detail in a new corner of the house, which was always a thrill. There was a strong classic Florida vibe throughout, from its leaf-themed wallpaper to art/photos on the walls to a creative use of gators, it made me happy to be staying there. The train tracks are nearby, and the trains are sometimes a constant, but earplugs are there for a reason (didn't have to use them), and a small fan by the headboard made for effective white noise. I had initially intended to stay at the beach, but I saved a few hundred dollars this way, and the drive to the shore was short. Can't recommend it highly enough—a well-kept secret in a small, sleepy town. You'll love it!

Leanda's home was exactly what our family needed over the Christmas holiday. Morning coffee on the screened in porch with sun coming through the small tree was the best way to start our day. Her home is close to everything we wanted to do. We drove into New Smyrna Beach every day which had a variety of beach spots, shopping and restaurants to choose from. We found thrift stores and even made the 2 1/2 hour drive to Crystal River and swam with the manatees. Most importantly Leanda's home came equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and even offered chairs and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Her home was the peaceful getaway we needed and Leanda was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super simple.

With Daytona Bike Week going on and Spring Break revelry in town, the "Secret Cottage" was a welcome refuge to peace, quiet and comfort. The 15-minute ride to the shore was a breeze. Riding bikes for miles on the beach was fabulous! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Golf was great! Luiz was polite and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this listing!
