Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Our accommodation is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easy to reach.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible for an additional charge.

The Walnut Cottage is located in a small village close to the Dutch border. Here you can hike, ride a bike, enjoy a day at the lake, take a day trip to the nearby towns or just relax in the garden. The cottage is cozy and bright. It invites you to spend relaxing hours, be it a long breakfast in the small private garden or a reading marathon in the cozy bed on a rainy day.
