King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Experience genuine Tyrolean flair in our farmhouse, which is over 100 years old. This area is extremely suitable both skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and families with kids. This sunny spot has beautiful views over the Moosdal and has ample parking in front of the door. Close to Ehrwald station, ski bus stop 5 minutes away.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
