My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

This centrally located and tastefully decorated apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, luxury bathroom with rain shower and an outdoor terrace with access to the garden. The dining kitchen with dining area and comfortable corner sofa offers plenty of space for dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there are two lovely armchairs to relax in. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The smaller bedroom has an old wooden bunk bed.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms.
