Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

In the middle of the woods of the Eifel is the small village of Eichenbach with about 62 inhabitants. Our vacation home is on the edge of the forest. There are several hiking trails along our house. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The vacation home has been family-owned for almost 60 years. The furnishings are absolutely individually furnished and there is a story for almost every piece of furniture. The house is surrounded by greenery and invites you to unwind. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start practically at the front door. Eichenbach is a picturesque 70-inhabitant village with a guest house. The Nürburgring and Adenau are 15 minutes away by car, the Ahr valley about 3 km.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

A quiet and cosy accommodation with a fantastic view into the distance. The little house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful village of Aremberg in the Eifel, surrounded by nature. The Sonnenhaus has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a kitchen with a fireplace and a brand new bathroom. There is a wood-burning stove for heating in both the living room and the kitchen. The bathroom is to be heated using an electric heater.
