Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21, we completely renovated my grandparents' old farmhouse with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large holiday home. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or recreational vacationers will now find their place to feel good. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 2 years of age. I would ask for a preliminary inquiry in this regard. You can park right in front of the front door in the large courtyard.

Fantastic attic apartment (130 square meters) in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel, in Mehren/Daun. Ideal location for hikers/cyclists to discover the maars and the Eifelsteig, an oasis to relax. Spacious living-dining area leads into the beautiful conservatory with fireplace and onto the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. View over the town and valley. Fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms with double beds (160 cm). Access to the terrace from the larger bedroom. Parking right by the house. Children are welcome.

3 min walk from the train station. Bush. right at the house. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 30 min drive to the legendary Nürburgring. Koblenz offers a colorful nightlife & is also less than 30 minutes away by car. Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Bright, beautiful apartment for hiking and nature lovers

Relax and discover in the heart of the Eifel National Park. Hiking on the Eifelsteig or on Lake Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurse shipping, e-bike rent, visit museums and historic cities such as Monschau. After a short walk to get a few rolls at the kiosk by the lake, we always have a fresh coffee while we think about the next tour. In the evening, good restaurants within walking distance offer a great end to the day.

This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.
