With very good connections to the harbour and the city centre (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), it is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. A coffee machine, kettle, dishes and a fridge (stocked with the essentials for a small breakfast on the first morning) are provided.

Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

Sunny, quiet room. 10 min. walk to Ottensen. Very close: 4 bus lines. Since April 2022, it has been a resident parking zone. I can issue visitor parking tickets for €4 per day. You have your own shower room. In the morning there is a small breakfast. But: The kitchen is my private realm. No long-term bookings and noisy guests.
