Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The last bastion of Einbeck
Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor invites you to linger. The apartment can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped kitchen. The back door next to the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area, where you can linger and also a grill is available. A spacious bed of 1.8 x 2 m, as well as a pull-out couch invite you to stay overnight.

Our newly designed apartment can be found located directly above the inn on the upper floor. With 120m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people (more people are possible upon request). Directly from the apartment you have access to a covered loggia, where you can spend relaxing evenings, especially in summer. Please note pets are allowed only upon request. You can use the wifi and the parking spot outside the house for free.

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.

Small fox den
The small Fuchsbau is about 140 m², is on the first floor and has an unusual floor plan. Most rooms have more than one door, and all bedrooms have very direct access to one of the 3 bathrooms. The ideal place to stay if you want to be together and still enjoy privacy. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers as a highlight in addition to the induction hob, so there should be no argument about cleaning up.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
