Due to the location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium can be reached quickly. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 minutes away (by car). All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (by car).

Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!
