Myself and 2 work co-workers , just love Susans place. From the moment we walked through the door we were comfortable and felt right at home. Susan does an excellent job of maintaining the property. We have felt lucky to have been able to stay here, and when time to leave for.our next assignment hope we find a place as nice .

Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. She was very helpful, kind, and communicative host. I will definitely be going back! Would highly recommend!

During my stay, I was attending classes nearby, which were both inspiring & tiring. The beautiful accommodations enhanced that experience, serving as a retreat that replenished and rejuvenated despite how busy my days were. I'm planning to return in the future, for a peaceful vacation stay, to enjoy the gardens and grounds, which were still blooming and beautiful in mid-November.

Super cute cabin in a beautiful setting. The property is very peaceful, loved the front porch and all the hangout areas set up on the property. You can technically walk to the mill where there’s a general store with great food, a pub, the haw river mill for events, etc (there’s not a sidewalk the entire way but during the daytime I would feel comfortable walking there without a sidewalk). We really enjoyed our stay
