The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

The apartment is located in the heart of Tyrol, just 10 km south of the state capital of Innsbruck. The surroundings of our accommodation are characterized on the one hand by the immediate proximity to nature. Forest and mountains offer countless opportunities for hikes and mountain tours of various difficulty levels. In winter, all ski resorts, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs are not far away. On the other hand, it is the nearby Innsbruck that has a lot to offer.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Parking available in front of the house. There is enough green space around the house for children playing and a great barbecue fireplace completes the family fun.

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden to be used in the east of the house. We are happy to inform our guests and are usually available in person.
