Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Cozy sleeping niche with wardrobe, please note: not a closed bedroom!Fully equipped kitchen with seating area for 2 people. The Horster ElbAlm

My ElbAlm stands for real picture book country life. Nearby there are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields. And the tranquility, too, of course. Why ElbAlm? The Elbe and the dike can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer. Hamburg is also 30 minutes away. In about 3 km away is the Horster train stop. Here is a parking lot and bicycle parking.

"Great break" - beautiful apartment at the gates of Hamburg

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familien Haus. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.

Arrive and feel-good! The in-law with separate entrance is located in a traffic-calmed single-family housing estate in the immediate vicinity of Lake Rantzauer. Train connection (AKN) can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. The city center offers various shopping opportunities and is also in walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is 1.40 m in size.
