Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ellicottville

Me and my entire party had nothing but great things to say about this place. The amount of places to sleep and the comfy ness of every bed was amazing. The hot tub was clean and ready to go and felt great. Overall was a great place to stay and will be coming back in the near future.

Our stay at Larchwood Lodge was absolutely fantastic! The home is spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway with family. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids to spread out. The location is just minutes from the heart of Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Resort. The house itself is stunning, with a warm, cozy atmosphere, modern amenities, and plenty of space to unwind. We enjoyed the hot tub and golf simulator! We stored coats and bags in the mud room right off the main entrance – a great feature. It was so helpful that linens and towels are provided! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Ellicottville, Larchwood Lodge is it! We can’t wait to return.

We had a great time for a girls getaway weekend at Clarke’s place! The best parts about this house were the close location to downtown EVL, the large, comfy sectional sofa where we spent a lot of time, the stocked kitchen, and the fact that there were 6 bedrooms! The house is more dated and musty than the pictures looked, but it worked for us and Clarke was very responsive to our questions. Also, the price was great for all of the space! Thanks for sharing with us!

A great house! The house is warm which is always nice after a day outside skiing. Plus the hot tub is amazing. Make sure you start it when you arrive, it takes a while to warm up!

The place is very nice- clean and the back yard is absolutely ratify. I don’t like to complain but it was advertised as 1 king - 2 queens and 2 twins. There were three couples we went with by

Our stay was great! Very nice house. Well put together and kept. Plenty of amenities including pool table in front room and heated game room with shuffleboard table, dart board and beer fridge. Hot tub in the back yard was great. Large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. A couple beers in the hot tub after a long day of skiing is a must. Very rejuvenating! House had a ton of amenities with nice TV's and plenty of towels. They had nice towels for bathing and beach towels for the hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Ample bed space for 10 people (all adults), without using the pull-out couch off of the living room. Even the room with the pull-out couch had curtains for privacy if you need to use this too. The kitchen is large and nice and has 3 yes 3 sinks. Impressive! Plenty of cookware and dishware. Everything we needed. Lastly, they provide many little extras. Great attention to detail. Well done! Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful way yo spend the weekend! Very peaceful place to be for my moms birthday this passeeekend. Communication was strong and the place was adorable. Clean an safe. I would highly recommend visiting this cozy place on Bibbs road! Thanks for everything Mike & Jess!

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

This is such a great place for a family gathering. We had a small family gathering for my twins’ 9th birthday the day before I was taking my daughter for an orientation at St Bonaveture and it was roomy and comfortable for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Also no stairs was nice. Kids loved the gameroom. Great location close to both Ellicottville and SBU. Everyone was happy.

The place was absolutely perfect for our three families (6 adults, 6 kids) to meet and do a ski weekend at Holiday Valley. Great spot, hot tub was definitely a hit. Host was super responsive too.

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin and beautiful scenery! Everything was as described! Would recommend to anyone looking!

This house was exactly like the pictures, no tricks here. I actually think the pictures didn’t do the view and game room justice. The house came stocked with everything you would need to make your stay easy and convenient. The kids loved the games in the house from card games to old school arcade games. The house is set up so that even if you’re traveling with a group you can have your privacy and down time. The sauna was easy to use and would be perfect to use after a long day on the slopes or just to relax and unwind. The view from the balcony is 100% social media/ memory gold. I can picture a bridal party getting ready here and taking breathtaking photos. Our kids loved the little creek behind the house and we loved the memories created. I am a reader and being able to cuddle up in-front of the fireplace and read while seeing the mountains was relaxing and much needed. I highly recommend this house for a group getaway or a family vacation.
